The realm of arachnids is so wide,
that they deserved their very own
Top 5 video.
From notorious Black Widow to
the Brown Recluse,
This is covering the Top 5 Most
Deadliest Spiders to haunt us.
The brown widow spider comes from
a family line of neurotoxic venom
carriers.
They do look distinctively different
than a black widow, and have
several red spots, black spots or gold
spots on their butt.
You may see an hourglass shape or
you may just see dots.
Like most other arachnid species, the
females are always the largest and
more dominant
The female spiders are also more
prone to aggression and biting. Of
course, disturbing its
web will pretty much guarantee an
aggressive spider no matter what
species it is.
THE BROWN
RECLUSE SPIDERThese spiders are notorious for being
found in the great Northwest of the
United States and they like to hide in
wood piles.
They also like dark dim areas that they
can hide in. Unlike the widow species,
these are not dwindling spiders.
They are very slow-moving and like to
wander around. They also are known
as violin spiders, or fiddle backs.
If you look closely, you could see a
dark violin shape like marking on their
head and body. Keep in mind, these
guys are all over the USA not just in the
great Northwest alone.
THE NORTHERN
FUNNEL WEB SPIDERNormally residing in Australia, this spider is known to dwell in
trees. It is incredibly large reaching up to over 3 inches
long.
As odd as it is they are actually attracted to water and it is
very common to find them in swimming pools and other
bodies of water. There are also known to be very
aggressive.
THE WOLF SPIDERThese spiders are found all throughout
America and Europe. American
actually has around 100+ different
species with Europe having around 50.
They are typically around .5 to 2 inches
in length.
They do not actively make webs, but
are extremely aggressive hunting
spiders. They will attack if provoked.
They have a very unique eye
pattern on their face as well
compared to other arachnids.
They are a brown/grey mixture
with different markings and
stripes going up and down their
body and butt.
Their name suits their personality
well.
THE SYDNEY FUNNEL
WEB SPIDERThis spider is well deserving of earning
number one. It is a native to eastern
Australia, but is also feared
and known as one of the most
venomous spiders there. Commonly like
the others, they are extremely
aggressive.
They have extremely long fangs and
are around 1 to 3 inches long like their
name implies, they spend a lot of
their time in silk lined boroughs.
In Australia alone, they are actually
responsible for more than 10 confirmed
deaths.
