1. Breast Augmentation: 290,000

•  Ideal candidate: Someone who’s physically healthy, has realistic expectations, has fully developed breasts, is dissatisfied with the shape and volume of her breasts

•  Basic procedure: Your surgeon begins by making a small incision in a predetermined location. Through his incision, he is able to insert and adjust the implant. The tissues are then sutured and the skin is closed with skin adhesive and surgical tape.

•  Average length of procedure: 1-2 hours

•  Average recovery period: Normally, you can return to work and normal activity within 1 week

+2. Nose Reshaping: 221,000 •  Ideal candidate: Someone who’s

physically healthy, has complete facial growth, who does not smoke, who has realistic goals

•  Basic procedure: Your surgeon will begin by recommending the best anesthesia for you. After that, incisions are made either through a closed procedure where incisions are hidden inside the nose or an open procedure where the incisions are made across the narrow strip of tissue that separates the nostrils. Through these incisions, the skin covering the nasal bones and cartilage is gently raised. Once the desired shape is achieved, the nasal skin and tissue are then redraped and the incisions are closed.

•  Average length of procedure: 1-3 hours

•  Average recovery period: Swelling will subside after a few weeks but it may take a year for your new nasal contour to refine

3. Eyelid Surgery: 216,000

•  Ideal candidate: Someone who’s physically and psychologically healthy, a non-smoker, has healthy facial tissue and muscles, does not have serious eye conditions like glaucoma or a detached retina.

•  Basic procedure: At the time of surgery, general anesthesia or intravenous sedation is administered. Incisions are made in the upper eyelid and/or lower eyelid through which muscles and tissues are tightened, fat deposits are removed or repositioned, and excess skin is removed. The incisions are then closed with removable or absorbable sutures, skin adhesives, or surgical tape.

•  Average length of procedure: 1-3 hours

•  Average recovery period: Swelling and discomfort will occur in the first 48 hours and may last for several weeks. Bruising may subside in one or two weeks. It may take several months to see full results of surgery.

+4. Liposuction: 200,000 •  Ideal candidate: Someone who does

not have any life threatening conditions that may hinder proper healing, who has a healthy outlook in life, who is a non-smoker

•  Basic procedure: First, your surgeon will recommend the best anesthesia for you. Then, small incisions would be made in the area. Diluted local anesthesia is infused to reduce bleeding and trauma. Then a thin hollow tube, or cannula, is inserted through the incisions to loosen excess fat using a controlled back and forth motion. The dislodged fat is then suctioned out of the body using a surgical vacuum or syringe attached to the cannula.

•  Average length of procedure: 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the area

•  Average recovery period: You may return to normal activity after 5-7 days, but swelling may last between 2 weeks to 2 months after the surgery

5. Facelift: 133,000 •  Ideal candidate: Someone who has realistic

expectations, does not have serious medical conditions that can impair healing, is a non-smoker

•  Basic procedure: The procedure is performed under general anesthesia or intravenous sedation. Once you have been put under sedation, the surgeon will begin the procedure by making incisions near the ear and along the hairline. Once the incisions have been made, the skin is lifted away from the face to allow him to access the underlying facial support structures. The muscle and fat are repositioned and any other augmentations, including the placement of implants, are made. The skin is then redraped and smoothed out to complete the transformation.

•  Average length of procedure: 3-6 hours

•  Average recovery period: Swelling may subside in 2 weeks,. It takes 3-4 weeks to see the full results
