BUY-TO-LETINFLUENCERS 2016It’s been an eventful year for the buy-to-let industry to say the least – from the Deregulation Bill to landlord tax relief cuts. And with so much going on
we have put together a line-up of our top 25 personal favourites.
Who made the cut?
Telegraph property and business journalist Anna White made the cut on account of the sheer
volume of news stories she writes. She also has a healthy twitter following
to boot.
David Lawrenson is the owner of property
consultancy LettingFocus.com. He is also the author of the
UK's highest selling property and buy-to-let
books Successful Property Letting.
Keep tabs on Emma Lunn. She's a freelance
personal finance journalist who regularly
writes for thisismoney.co.uk, The
Guardian and The Independent.
Changes in the 2015 Budget such as the
buy-to-let tax mean that George is very much at
the heart of most commentary. As the
Chancellor he's made changes which directly impact the return on
your buy-to-let.
