Youth Job Connection (YJC)
Ontario’s YJC programs can help employers with financial incentives to hire and offset trainingcosts. Youth (15- 29 years old) come to the job ready for the workplace with at least 60 hoursspent in job preparation workshops. Job Coaches provide ongoing support to employers andemployees.

The Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce is planning theopportunity for businesses and the public to meet the candidatesrunning in this year’s election. On Wednesday, October 2nd at theNorth Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre, the Chamber ofCommerce will introduce the candidates and provide them with aforum to introduce themselves, answer the publics’ questions andconcerns, then finish the meeting with closing remarks.
