The New Mite-R-excel™ from JessEm Tool offers an unsurpassed level of accuracy, reliability and value. Designed specifically for the serious woodworker, this fine quality precision instrument is CNC machined from heavy gauge 6061 aluminum components for rigidity and rock solid performance. The miter gauge pivots 45 degrees in both directions and features our innovative Dual-In-dexing Angle Location System which utilizes a brass push-pin to index positive stops at every five degrees. A secondary range of pin locations allows for quick accurate ½ degree increments at every angle in between each 5 degrees. The gauge mechanism locks in firm with a twist of our solid aluminum handle with knurled grip and red anodized finish.

The Mite-R-excel™ fence features a heavy-gauge aluminum extru-sion that’s rock solid with no flex. The fence length is 27” closed and extends out to a maximum measured cut length of 36” with stop. The fence also features our unique Dual-Reference Adjust-able Scale that allows accurate measurements from the blade to 24” and out to 36” when using the telescoping fence extension. The fence offers quick and easy adjustability with solid brass lock knobs and features multiple “T” tracks for attaching your own

Precision Miter Gauge with Dual Indexing Angle Location

Take your table saw to a higher level of precision and performance with the New MASt-R-Slide™ Sliding Cross-Cut Table from JessEm Tool Company. This fine quality table saw system features a network of beautifully engineered aluminum extrusions, steel guide rails and precision bearings designed to create the ultimate cross-cutting solution. Designed to replace the left extension wing on most American style cabinet saws and contractor saws with cast iron table tops.

The MASt-R-Slide™ system features JessEm’s innovative Posi-Trak™ bearing guided multi-rail system for an exceptionally smooth and accurate glide from one end of the travel range to the other. The guide mechanism is comprised of 30 double-sealed precision bearings positioned in a staggered design to provide constant contact to the guide rails throughout its travel.

The sliding table is easily adjustable to level with the saw’s tabletop and to align it parallel to the cutting blade. Also included is an extension wing support table that is fully adjustable for positioning in a fixed location anywhere along the length of the sliding table as determined by the cutting operation being performed.

Mast R Slide™ 7500

The extruded aluminum fence length is 28 inches closed and extends outward for a maximum measured cut length of 48 inches with the flip-stop. The fence offers mitered cross-cuts up to 45 degrees in both directions. The MASt-R-Slide™ sliding table offers three positions for the fence, two front end positions (one optimal location for mitered crosscuts and another allowing for an increased cutting width at 90 degrees) and a rear end position for a maximum cross-cut capacity of 36 inches. The fence is easily moved from one position to the other and quickly detaches from the sliding table for unobstructed use of the table saw while utilizing the rip fence.

The MASt-R-Slide™ 7500 was designed so that no support legs are required, offering a smaller footprint and allowing the optional use of a mobile base on the saw. The MASt-R-Slide™ 7500 will fit right or left-tilt table saws and is designed to be used on the left side of the saw. The table saw must have a solid cast iron top and the front and rear fence rails will require modification.

Introduced to the woodworking world in 1999 by JessEm Tool Company. The Rout-R-lift™ has added a tremendous improvement to the table-mounted router. Simply drop in the handle, crank the router up or down, pull out the handle and you’re ready to rout! The plate has a dial etched with .005” increments allowing you to make repeatable micro-adjustments with ease. The Rout-R-lift™ offers a full 2-1/2” of vertical travel.

Constructed of premium 6061 aluminum components, the Rout-R-lift™ features our unique MASt-R-Ring™ router mounting system with JessEm’s so called “Swiss Cheese” multi-hole pattern. We have yet to find a router that won’t fit this system! Once mounted to the MASt-R-Ring™ the router can then be rotated to the most convenient position to access your router. Mast R Lift™

Beautifully finished with red and black anodized components, the MASt-R-lift™ is the sequel to our original Rout-R-lift™. Precision machined in premium 6061 aluminum, this is the top of the line for JessEm’s lift systems. Designed for cabinetmakers, furnituremakers and other custom woodworking pro’s, the MASt-R-lift™ is built for long-term professional use.

Featuring a more streamlined design and increased performance with a full 3-3/4” of vertical travel. The insert plate is precision-machined from a solid 1” thick aluminum blank. Our new speed crank design offers a tall handle for clearing the top of the fence while making adjustments. Designed specifically for the Porter Cable 7518 and to fit similar cylindrical motor housings with the use of a reducer collar. The insert plate centerhole is machined to accept up to a 3-1/2” raised panel bit and includes a 1-1/2” insert ring. Additional insert ring sets are available separately.

NEW Direct Drive Design

Mast R Lift Excel™ with MicroDial™Our best lift solution for the router table, combines our solid phenolic MASt-R-top™ in black, with all the features of our MASt-R-lift™ and more. The MASt-R-lift excel™ was designed to allow the addition of two great new features, a micro-adjust dial, which protrudes slightly beyond the edge of the tabletop and rotates independent of the lift mechanism. This feature allows you to “zero-out” the MicRodiAl™ and then accurately crank the router up at a ratio of 1/64 inch per 1/4 turn of the crank. The dial is scaled for micro-adjustments as intricate as .001”. Extremely precise adjustments to the router bit cutting height can now be performed faster and with more precision than ever before.

The second feature to this new product is an integrated dust port that is machined into the lift’s housing underneath the tabletop. This design virtually removes chips just as they are cut by the router bit. This design feature will literally extend the working life of the router motor. When mounted to a router table, the router motor is positioned upside-down, leaving the internal motor vulnerable to an accumulation of dust and pitch deposits. This causes the motor to heat up over time and eventually fail. JessEm’s new lift design removes the chips before they can reach the router, ultimately prolonging the life of the motor through more efficient chip extraction. This feature helps justify your investment in this product.

The black phenolic MASt-R-top™ includes our MASt-R-tRAc™ with a Miter Track in between two T-tracks. This heavy gauge 6061 aluminum extrusion is anodized in red and ready to attach jigs, hold-downs or a miter gauge. The lift mechanism is raised and lowered by an offset right-angle gearbox positioned on the right side, under the tabletop. The gearbox features a red anodized aluminum “balanced ball crank” handle reminiscent of the classic milling machines used in

metalworking. The gearbox drives the lift mechanism via a precision timing belt. The lift mechanism utilizes our patented adjustable tensioning design for reliable operation with the utmost accuracy and no backlash.

The new MASt-R-lift excel™ will accept the Porter Cable model 7518 out of the box, and accepts

additional routers with cylindrical motor housings with the use of a reducer collar (sold separately).

The centerhole in the tabletop is machined with a 3-5/8” diameter tAb-loc™ centerhole to accept up to a 3-1/2” diameter raised

panel bit. An insert ring with a 1-1/2” diameter centerhole for most smaller bit diameters, an insert ring

wrench, starting pin and hex key wrench are also included. Additional insert ring sets are available separately.

Designed to be mounted to the backside of the MASt-R-fence™ and slide smoothly across the table on a chrome plated ground shaft. This innovative accessory is engineered to perform precision-machined square or angled cope cuts, crosscuts and other end milling operations with renewed accuracy on a router table. The Mite-R-Slide™ offers greatly improved performance and increased precision over similar cuts made with a traditional miter gauge traveling in a single miter track in the tabletop.

Built from precision machined 6061 aluminum components anodized in red and black, the Mite-R-Slide™ features a robust industrial design and is engineered for long-term professional use. The precision miter gauge rotates 45-degrees in both directions and features positive detents every 5 degrees, including a 22-1/2 degree position. Click into your desired angle and lock it in with a twist of our heavy-duty handle, machined from solid 6061 aluminum with a knurled grip and a red anodized finish.

The fence on the miter gauge features a heavy-duty aluminum

extrusion with a T-track along the top face for attaching different types of hold down accessories. The fence also slides in a second T-track located on the backside to position the fence flush to the router table’s fence at various angles.

The fence locks into position easily with the twist of two solid brass knobs and includes a replaceable sub-fence made of solid phenolic. The Mite-R-Slide™ can also be rolled up over the bar and positioned behind the fence when not in use. You will experience tighter fitting joints from the accuracy of this well designed product.

Our innovative dustport features a large chamber with a clear acrylic housing that won’t clog up and accepts a 2-1/4” dia. vac hose fitting.

We also include a set of shims for offsetting the out-feed sub-fence for jointing operations.

Featuring a dual track fastening system with adjustable scales that can be set for a zero-reference and fast, repeatable set-ups. Constructed of precision-machined 6061 aluminum with a red-hot anodized finish. The fence glides smooth in the tracks and locks firm with a twist of our “high-boy” lock-down knobs. We have found that solid phenolic is the ultimate material for our sub-fences.

Our PVC coated phenolic offers the same slick characteristics of UHMW plastic with far greater stability and durability.

The ultimate tabletop material for today’s hi-tech woodworking machinery is our pvc coated phenolic. Phenolic is one of the strongest, most stable and durable materials available for an industrial strength work surface. It’s widespread use in military and aerospace applications says it all.

Our tabletop is 3/4” thick and guaranteed not to warp, sag, swell or rust. Phenolic is the step-up material for today’s woodworking pros and virtually renders melamine an obsolete option for long-term professional use.

Here is a perfectly flat, rigid and durable mounting solution for reliable use in any router table application. The insert dimensions of the Rout-R-plAte™ are the same size as our MASt-R-lift™ and our Rout-R-lift fx™ and will also fit our model #03004 solid phenolic MASt-R-top™. The Rout-R-plAte™ includes a convenient centerhole bushing used to align the router so it is centered in the bit hole. Simple step by step instructions make accurately drilling and mounting any router easy to accomplish. Precision machined from solid 1/4” thick phenolic and featuring JessEm’s exclusive tAb-loc™ design. You can install and remove our insert rings with the flick of our unique two-prong insert ring wrench.

We now offer two insert ring sets, one with pre-drilled centerholes of 1/4”, 1/2”, 1-3/8” (accepts template guide busings) and 2-1/2” diameters and the other with no pre-drilled centerholes for making your own zero-clearance inserts.

This is the most affordable way into a JessEm system that can then be upgraded with one of our precision height adjustment systems down the road. This model is equipped with our solid phenolic Rout-R-plAte™ insert which can be easily drilled to adapt to any router you want to attach to it. The Rout-R-plAte™ dimensions are the same as our MASt-R-plAte™, Rout-R-lift fx™ and our MASt-R-lift™ model #02101 offering several different upgrade options (plate size: 9-1/4” X 11-3/4”).

For a great Rout-R-tAble™ without height adjustment, this is our most versatile insert plate solution. Our MASt-R-plAte™ offers the same universal mounting system from our Rout-R-lift™ allowing easy attachment to any router on the market, no drilling required.

The Rout-R-lift fx™ systems offer our most affordable router table with precision height adjustment. There are three versions of complete router tables with a Rout-R-lift fx™ to choose from. Each version will work for specific 2HP router motor applications (see chart for the correct router application).
