Many companies have come up with innovative tool bits with major development ranging from reducing cutter wear to design enhancements. Also, innovations have been seen in providing longevity to the bit and improve bits penetration rates.

ONYX 360 rolling PDC helps inreducing time consuming trips ofchanging bits by providing increased bitdurability. This is achieved by makingthe bit free to revolve 360° duringdrilling. Due to 360 degree rotation,fresh cutting face of the bit is always intouch with the material, thus increasingthe bit’s overall life by an average of50%. The tough new MegaForce bit has an improved blade design toovercome transition forces. The innovation applied in this bit hashelped cutters sustain greater transition force.
