How to enter

“I would like to thank Peace Direct for recognising the work we have been doing locally and for creating this space to amplify our own work and our voices at the international level. This award means a lot to us. It is not just about the money, it is about the recognition. It is about the encouragement that will help us to continue this work.

We will be spending this money to enhance the leadership of those women who have become Justice Reporters. I’d like to thank Peace Direct for recognising our local work in peacebuilding. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank my team. And last but not least I’d like to dedicate this award to all the Nepali women including my grandmother and mother whose stories and lived experience have always inspired me to work against discrimination and injustice. Thank you very much.”
