    Here's the recipe:

    Ingredients:

    500 gr all purpose flour;

    15 gr beer yeast;

    20 gr Olie Oil;

    15 gr salt;

    250 ml !arm !ater

    "rocedure:

    #i$ the flour !ith the yeast in a bo!l% then add the !arm !ater% olie oil and amalgamate &uicly!ith a !ooden spoon until you get a soft composition( If it gets too sticy add some flour )!e

    recommend to put some flour in your hands at first*(

    +hen add the salt and !or the dough and mae it roundish( ,ise the dough for an hour and a half

    !ith a temperature around 25-(

    +hen cut the dough in order to obtain seeral .balls. and mae it rise for another half an hour(

    +hen put half a tomato )if you found them% the little ones* at the center of each .ball. and put them in

    the oen for / minutes at 200-(

    and .uon appetito.
