River Road King William, VA 23086 RE: Tom Davidson Testimonial Tom Davidson came highly recommended as a keynote speaker to teach us about diversity in the workplace. Excelling at leadership and promoting passion for our organization were the goals of our weekend Regional Leadership Academy. Tom’s “Boomers, Geeks and Geezers” presentation was the highlight of our program evaluations. Our participants found him to be compelling, funny and insightful with his mastery of humor and theatrics in teaching us to understand and find strengths in our partners. However, I was most impressed with Tom’s ability to flow into a supporting role to our other instructors. He stimulated feedback from our participants and used their problems to support and embellish the lessons that other instructors were teaching. This he did without taking the lead.
