Tennessee and Williamson County Parking Laws• In a roadway headed in the direction of traffic (no
parking with a vehicle’s left side to the curb,) within eighteen inches from the curb
• Within fifteen feet (15’) of a fire hydrant
• Within thirty feet (30’) of a crosswalk at an intersection
• Within thirty feet (30’) stop sign, yield sign or traffic-control signal
• Must leave available a minimum of twelve feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of traffic
• Must not block or impede ingress or egress from any public or private driveway, garage, or on a sidewalk
• Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when other traffic would be obstructed
• In any area designated as a fire lane
• At any place with No Parking sign

New Lake Fountains 42,000.00 3 new lake fountains
Pool deck drain clogged 3,000.00floor drains around pool are clogged and leave standing water. Had them routed but looks to be filled with backwash. Needs to be cut and extended
Drains in/around Rochelle Ave 4,500.00 bad drainage by 1077 Rochelle. Requires new dry well to accommodate excess water
Flooding at playground every time it rains 16,000.00All water from parking lot draining into playground washing away mulch and eroding barriers. Install new swells to divert water away from playground and into creek
Playground equipment repair ??? Some equipment is damaged and needs replacement.
Expand/split Dog Park ??? Expand dog park and split in 2 so we can let 1 side grass recover.
Install drains around Dog Park ??? Dog Park floods so looking to redirect some of the water
Reroute walkway to Dog Park ??? Once dog park split, will need to walkway
