Remote profile and control standards No master button is in use at Tokara The unit house number is used for the profile of programming of a remote of residents. The unit house number +100 is used for the profile of programming of a remote of non resident owners. Always clear a profile when a resident (tenant or owner) has moved out. Always clear the profile and then add all the remotes at the same time The number of remotes allocated per unit depends on the number of available parking bays:

o Units with one carport: 1 Remote only maxo Units with one carport and one dedicated parking in front of the carport: 2 remotes maxo Units with one lockup garage and one dedicated parking in front of the carport: 2 remotes maxo Units with two lockup garages and two dedicated parking in front of the carport: 4 remotes max

Guards needs to be able to see the profile number of the person. entering or exiting Tokara

Water configuration standard The configuration specified in SANS 10254 shall be adhered to.

The reticulation installation at a house from the supply side (main line) to the house needs to be as follows:1. Mains connecting pipe2. Isolation valve (new Cobra ballcock type preferred if not installed yet)3. Strainer (new copper strainer from Cobra)4. Meter (existing meter in horizontal configuration for accurate reading)5. Pressure valve (existing pressure value with 12mm overflow pipe terminating above the drain)6. Isolation valve (new Cobra lever type preferred)7. Pipe leading to inside the house
