TOLETTA was created in 2008 by a husband and wifeteam Caine and Dora Ruckstuhl. One day while visitinga shopping mall, the couple discovered that there wereno paper toilet seat covers available for free in thepublic bathroom. To their surprise it was also difficultto find them available for sale in retail stores. Theproducts they did find were all made from the samecrunchy thin sheets of one layer paper, not exactly themost comfortable and best protection for your tush.So, they decided to make a better product. One that issofter, larger and thicker than other brands.
