400 or 500 on the TOEFL?
When someone talks about a TOEFL score of 450, 600, or similar numbers, they are referring to the older version called the PBT.
The new TOEFL iBT is scored out of 120 points as mentioned.
400 (PBT) = 32 (iBT), 450 = 45, 500 = 61,550 = 80, 600 = 100.
