Trained as a physiotherapist in Denmark, Vicky has owned and operated the Lotus Star Company in Bangkok for a number of years. Working with her daughter, Charlotte, they provide advice and analysis to customers who seek to improve the quality of their lives, and apply effective anti-aging techniques. A sensible diet is a cornerstone of healthy living, and includes the correct amount of vitamins and amino acids. While the consumption of alcohol should not be taken to excess, a reasonable quantity may in fact be beneficial, good news for some of our members! Regular physical activity is also necessary for a healthy lifestyle, and need not involve hard workouts in the gym. By taking a lengthy walk at least three times a week, and walking up stairs, for example, the benefits will become apparent. Vicky also recommends changing routines and not eating in front of the TV. To reduce stress, meditation is highly recommended, and joining a group may help novices to successfully adopt this technique. In order to evaluate our individual state of health, Vicky recommends the use of a Bio Profiler Machine. This revolutionary device can analyse from a subject’s hair sample their overall state of health and provide recommendations to improve wellness. From a European screening centre, an 18 page report is produced in just 12 minutes, and includes bio information on an individual’s state of nutrition, diet, level of toxins and pathogens. The report also recommends the preferred food types, minerals and antioxidants for each individual. The cost of a Bio Profile analysis is approximately Baht 3,000. Reviews of the Bio Profile Machine are available.
