Our mobile app lets participants enroll in their plan anytime, anywhere — without paperwork. And they can easily access information and make changes to their 401(k) account while they’re on the go. By clicking the retirement icon in the app, participants can use their smartphone to:

Get answers, stay connectedOur website makes it easy for participants to access the information and tools they need to manage their account, make informed decisions, track their progress, and take action. And, our single sign-on process for plans using ADP’s payroll solutions makes it easy to access the content.

Easily find account informationUpon log in, participants are greeted with a summary view of the most important account information, including:

� Current account balance

� Plan contribution rate

� Investment allocation and fund performance

� Personal rate of return

� Recent account activity

The website also offers functionality for participants who want to download their 401(k) transaction history from the website into their personal Quicken® software.

The retirement income estimate feature enables participants to calculate their possible retirement outcome if they wish to by increasing their savings rate from the overview page. It includes the projected results of making a 1% savings rate increase and, with just a few clicks, participants can make the change.1

These factors are paired with the participant’s personal data, like age, gender, state of residence, current income, and health status — to project possible health care costs in retirement and their potential impact on retirement income. Employees can easily edit their contributions directly from this projector if they think it will help them be more prepared for retirement.

Plan health dashboardADP has introduced a new Retirement Plan Health dashboard that will provide insight into how your retirement plan measures against similar plans and industry benchmarks. This addition to the Plan Sponsor Website will enable you to easily assess overall plan health and determine which measurements require attention. Plus you’ll have ready access to tools and resources to help you take corrective action, as needed.

Enhanced security ADP has introduced security enhancements to our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system designed to better protect participants’ accounts from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.

The IVR enhances the existing 2-stage verification process by requiring a participant enter his or her Social Security Number (SSN) and Personal Identification Number (PIN), when prompted, in order to access his or her account and speak with an ADP representative.
