play modifications and added new signage in the last couple of weeks. Many of you have been busy during the week making more stock. You are doing a fabulous job!

Try to take some moments to recharge during this very busy week-end, you’ve certainly earned it, and when Sunday evening comes, you’ll thank yourself for having some re-serves.

Board Election Saturday and Sunday

The Board of Directors election is this weekend, Saturday, Dec. 12 and Sunday, Dec. 13. There are five candidates, and three Board posi-tions to fill.

A ballot has been delivered to your booth. If you need another ballot for another member sharing your booth, extras are available in the Vendor Center. Only Market members are eligible to vote. Vote for only three names, and bring your ballot to the Vendor Service Center before 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Place your ballot in an envelope, available next to the ballot box, and write your name legibly on the envelope. This is to ensure that each member gets one vote. The ballots are separated from the envelopes before counting.

Please take the time to vote!

Office/Market ScheduleNext week, the office will be

open Wednesday through Friday, from 10 am - 4 pm. The building will be open for set up from noon to 7 pm on Friday, and starting at 7 am on Saturday. Please note, all the set up days are now noon - 7 PM.

Disabled Parking SpacesThe spaces near the building des-

ignated for disabled parking are as-signed to specific Market members who need them to be available at all times. If the space is not assigned to you, please do not park in it, even for just unloading, or for just a minute.

Final Payments Due 12/15The final invoices have been dis-

tributed. All owings for Saturday and Holiday Market should now be paid. Please read your invoice care-fully to make sure all payments have been applied.

If you have any 2015 unpaid booth fees from the Park Blocks, you have until the end of Holiday Market to pay these in full to get the points you earned this season. You do not get points for unpaid Mar-kets. Your October and November points earned this year will count toward Holiday Market 2016 AND 2017, so it’s worth making sure they count!

All points for Saturday Market 2016 and Holiday Market 2016 will be configured on December 31, 2015. The Market can provide a printout of all your payments upon request after the first of the year.

Kareng Fund FundraisersThe Kareng Fund Auction with

Percussive Interludes aka Pottery Smash will be held at 9 AM on Dec.

23rd. The Kareng Fund Holiday Market Raffle is also on the way, drawing for five baskets will be held at noon on Dec. 24th at the stage. Art Bingo will take place in Febru-ary. You can donate to any or all of these events by dropping your items off in the Vendor Office. You can also buy raffle tickets in the Vendor Office. Proceeds from these events go to help artisans who are faced with career threatening crises via the Kareng Fund.

Stock Out RequirementIf you are interested in the “Stock

Out” requirement, you are invited to join a Holiday Market subcom-mitee. Come to the Holiday Market debriefing on Jan. 6 at 3 PM. This is a good time to express your interest in volunteering to research this issue.

Holiday Run Next WeekLike last year, the Holiday Half

Marathon, 10k, 5k & Kids’ Run will be starting and ending at the Events Center near Expo Hall 2 next Satur-day. It looks like the route will take them away from our building this time, but it is possible there will be congestion along the south side of the building from 8:45 - 9:20 or so as the four races start. Plan accordingly.
