Bishop Vasquez has decreed that we open the church to hold public Masses in accordance with the

States recommendation of limited seating and social distancing regulations. The Perpetual Adoration

Chapel has a limited space making it difficult for compliance with these regulations and therefore,

will remain closed until further notice.

For those students that were to receive their sacraments in the Month of

May 2020, we invite you to a couple of designated masses with Father

Jairo beginning this week, . May 18, 2020 at 6:30 pm for English Adult Sacramental and Adult RCIA

students.

May 21,2020 at 6:30 pm for the Spanish Adult Sacramental students.

All guidelines to come to Mass will be in place.

Both students and parents will need to register for Mass

They will need to wear a mask and gloves

arrive by 6pm to be seated.

This is a required Mass for students. If you will not be able to attend,

you will need to contact the REd Director, Rita Velasquez at 512-444-

7587.

or website for more information regarding other mass dates we have

scheduled for you.

Temporary Online Ethics & Integrity Training (EIM)

The EIM Office has developed a temporary online training to fulfill the com-pliance requirement for those who are due or past due to attend an EIM Workshop. This training includes a frank discussion of sexual abuse; if you have experienced sexual abuse and have concerns about viewing this training, please contact Emily Hurlimann at (512) 949-2447 to discuss alter-native training. Anyone may view the abuse prevention videos and information used for this temporary online training; however, to receive EIM workshop attendance credit for participating in this temporary online training, each participant must already have an EIM account.

NOTE 1: This program is primarily for persons who have attended a previous EIM Workshop and now need to attend a training to maintain com-pliance.

NOTE 2: If you have difficulty opening a link or viewing a video, please change browsers. Everything has been tested on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

To begin 1. Login to your EIM account at eappsdb.com/austin (if you do not recall your User ID/password, click Forgot User ID or Password? at bottom of the login page to retrieve your User ID and password. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email. ) 2. Return to this webpage to complete the training 3. Print the Temporary Online EIM Training Verification form (you may answer the questions on the form while viewing the 3 sections) a. Fill in your Name as it appears on the Application Overview page of your EIM account and the Application Submission Date (found at top left of Application Overview page) – you can’t receive credit if we can’t figure out who you are 4. Please login to your EIM account in about a week to verify your training participation has been updated to your account.
