Motivation and support for Energy Agencies to take up the topic of mobility, train their staff and implement own mobility related services
To provide advanced access to information and learning tools for a wide audience through the e-learning platform
Promotion of a more sustainable mobility with less traffic growth, accidents, pollution, noise and energy consumption

Development and implementation of an e-learning platform for Energy Agencies containing training modules for different topics in mobility management and alternative fuels. The modules are based on the training modules of the previous three STEER-projects (COMPETENCE, e-ATOMIUM and TREATISE) .
Development and implementation of new transport related services at every participating Energy Agency
Support of the users and the participating Agencies by an experienced Expert Board
Mobilisation of local and regional actors for the implementation of new projects in the mobility sector in co-operation with the participating Energy Agencies
