FAQHow do I set up a tasting?
We would be happy to set up a tasting. This includes a tasting for 4 people of up to 3 appetizers, 2 main entrees and 3 sides of your choice. A two-week notice is required for scheduling all tastings to ensure we can be adequately prepared, and secure it
on the calendar!
What is the Service Fee?
A 21% Service Fee will be included in the final billing on all catering orders on all events that require extra staffing and extensive planning. The Gratuity/Service Fee
covers the use of our equipment, liability insurance fees, permits and other administrative expenses, preparation for your event, clean up, site visits, and detailed coordination with all parties (client, hospitality companies, wedding coordinators,
etc.) leading up to the event. Please note that the Gratuity/Service Fee is taxable.
When is Final Payment Due?
a 50% deposit will be required to hold your event date. Since we don’t want to bother you on the day of event final payment is required 7 days prior to your event date, after all the final details have been determined. We accept payment via credit card. We do
require you to have a credit card on file. If added expenses occur on day of event, the card on file will be charged.
Can I order from more than one truck menu?
Of course! In fact, we suggest this in order to create your PERFECT menu!
