To attend Cub meetings regularly To prepare all my projects to the best of my ability, basing them on the Toastmasters' education program To prepare for and fulfill meeting assignments To provide fellow members with helpful, constructive evaluations To help the Club maintain the positive, friendly environment necessary for all members to learn and grow To serve my Club as an officer when called upon to do so To treat my fellow Club members and our guests with respect and courtesy To bring guests to Club meetings so they can see the benefits Toastmaster's membership offers To adhere to the guidelines and rules for all Toastmasters' education and recognition programs To act within Toastmasters' core values of integrity, respect, service and excellence during the conduct of all Toastmasters' activities The success of Clubs depends on all members’ support. Your regular individual participation matters and contributes to the quality of your club. My appeal to you is to act for the good of the Club by fulfilling the Toastmasters' promise and inspiring your fellow members to do the same. To Club Officers The effectiveness of your Club depends on its leadership team. Leaders lead by example and commit to serving their members and supporting them in attaining their goals. Club officers, through their actions, can inspire and motivate members to achieve their goals and help the Club be successful. Please make it a priority to orient your new members, assign mentors to all members and satisfy their reasons for being a Toastmaster. That is how you are going to improve your member retention and recruitment. You have a valuable opportunity to take your Club to new heights under your leadership. We have total confidence that you can do it! Please ensure you prepare your Club Success Plan and share it with your Area Director. The President and Secretary will receive information from Toastmasters International on assigning your Club's proxy. Encourage members to learn more about the candidates and the proposed amendments.

When you are not able to commit to an extended period of service, please consider helping a Club as a mini-mentor for four weeks or as a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs). You will be matched with a Club that fits your schedule and also benefit from District incentives.

Be part of a team; encourage your Club members to help you with a Buddy Club project, and also receive District benefits.
