Toasteria Italiana is the very first Franchising dedicated to Toast. The special sandwich everybody love, no matter how old they are, everywhere. Toasteria Italiana offers a gourmet TOAST in 25 different recipes, filled with high quality ingredients, carefully chosen among local and seasonal products. Bread is an handmade white sandwich bread, heated on the premises using professional toaster plates, respecting each single ingredient cooking times. Toasteria Italiana provides a strong brand and years of experience, giving the Franchisee the chance to sell directly its own products: not only toasts but also smoothies, fresh juices, brewery beer, coffee and much more. TOASTERIA ITALIANA SIZES OPTION

- Toasteria Italiana Take Away: Venue Size starting from 30 square meters wide + 20 square meters’ warehouse.

Ideal solution for venues close to city centers, presenting intense pedestrian flow of students, turists, office workers. Also Suitable for location close to train stations or placed inside shopping malls. Seats will be limited (some of them outdoor) but the TAKE AWAY fast service will make the venue ideal for a snack, a quick meal or an evening aperitivo.

- Toasteria Italiana Classic: Venue Size starting from 100 square meters wide + 60 square meters’ warehouse.

A proper restaurant size, with an outstanding design; at least 50 indoor seats plus as many outdoor, in order to double the profitability during spring and summer. Table service will be provided. Ideal spot for lunch and informal dinner meals, during the week as well as weekends. Ideal urban areas will be city centers, possibile crowded also at night with families or young people. A small 'Bottega Italiana' Corner Shop will be included on the premises, to sell directly to the restaurant customers, Biological and High Quality products not available in supermarkets and Large-Scale Retail Trade.

- Toasteria Italiana King Size: Venue Size starting from 300 square meters wide + 100 square meters’ warehouse..

Very large restaurant, able to receive the largest amount of customers’ traffic possible. 200 seats at least, some of them bistrot style and the most of them for more relaxed meals. The same amount of seats outdoor to be used during spring and summer season. Ideal locations will be urban areas with the highest clients’ traffic, within city centers, on airports’ premises, within Commercial Tradeshow Slots or inside wide Shopping Centers. In the project a proper ‘Bottega Italiana’ Bio Minimarket will be included, giving the owner an additional huge profit resource, inviting the restaurant customers to widen their buying experince beyond their meal. For its large size, the King solution will be suitable to host events, also coordinating with local Festivals, Tradeshows, Cultural and Sport Happenings.

INVESTMENT

The investement required to open a Toasteria Italiana worldwide will start from 85.000 Euro up to 550.000 Euro maximum, depending on the size of the restaurant (taxes imposed by your country not included). In addition a 15.000 Euro Franchising Fee will be asked.

If needed, the remaining value of the investment can be funded by banks or credit institute.

We are looking for people willing to undertake a minimum partnership of at least 5 years.

The franchisee, once the restaurant will be open, will correspond to Toasteria Italiana Franchisor 5% royalties on the net sales value.
