provided are out of an undisclosed amount of total points, that change year to year based on current market

conditions and trends throughout the country.

• Participating companies must have a minimum of 20 full-time employees.

• Temporary, seasonal, 1099, contract, intern, and volunteer employees are excluded from the survey process.

• The Best and Brightest program has strict confidential provisions; legal documentation will be provided upon request.
