To whom it may concern, I am writing to recommend Laura Fisher for the position of Financial Services Representative at your dealership. Laura is a graduate of the SAL/Industrial Alliance Financial Services Representative Training Program. As the Director/ Facilitator for this program Laura and I worked together quite closely during her training. Laura has shown incredible adaptability and determination which I feel will lead her to excel in F & I sales. She has exceptional communication skills and is very adept at making customers feel comfortable. She’s detailed and committed to meeting customer needs. She has full working knowledge of all of the SAL core products; Credit Life, A&H & Critical Life Insurance as well as SPP Warranty and Diamond Kote Car Care Products. Laura is also familiar with the finance portal Dealertrack and the F & I program Quantech which includes an online menu system - Q Menu’s. It should also be noted that upon placement of a SAL F&I graduate (in a SAL partnered store) SAL group will provide onsite integration training as required. While a resume can help sort out the probable from the possible, there is no better way to judge the true potential of any individual, than with an interview. I encourage you to take the opportunity to meet with Laura in person to further discuss her credentials. Her positive attitude and kind demeanor, I feel would make for a successful future employee.
