and t!e %roducti)it of its in!aitants. T!ere are limited countries #!ere

!ealt!care is free so on t!is asis I feel t!at GDP #ill in1uence t!e

%re)alence of tuerculosis. Tuerculosis is a curale and treatale disease'

so it can e used as a social indicator of de)elo%ment' #!ere !i&!

%re)alence e+uals lo# de)elo%ment. T!e conclusion of t!is in)esti&ation is

im%ortant ecause it raises et!ical considerations aout t!e nature of

!a)in& to %a for !ealt!care' and %ossil ma e indicati)e of %o%ulation

&ro#t! slo#in& in t!e future. T!e aim of t!is in)esti&ation is to

%ro)e/dis%ro)e m !%ot!esis t!at GDP and incidences of tuerculosis are

de%endentl lin$ed' utilisin& a ran&e of mat!ematical %rocesses and

met!ods to determine an accurate and reliale conclusion.
