Answer Keys / Score of Forenoon Session Examination

Browse the site https://isical.ucanapply.com/IsiApplication/challenge.php

Click on ‘view’ button provided against the course in which you appeared in the admission test to view or to take print of respective Answer Keys. If you want to challenge one or more answer keys, first check whether the corresponding challenge period is open. If yes, login into the system to submit to proceed.

Procedure to Challenge OMR Answer Key or OMR Recorded Response

To register a “challenge”, please press the login button as shown in the above.

Step 1: APPLICANT LOGIN:-

Please use your Valid Registration Number and Date of Birth to login into the

‘Challenge’ portal.

If it asks for security check, please type the captcha shown in the box provided

and click the “Sign In” button.

Step 2: PERSONAL INFORMATION:-

After Signing In the following personal information provided by you in the application form will be displayed. In this page, you will find a Menu at the

left side as shown below.

Step 3: CHALLENGE (Answer Key):-

If you click on “Challenge (Answer Key)”, the following screen will appear where

you should select your Booklet type (odd OR even). Answer key of the selected

booklet type will be displayed on the screen.

How to challenge (Answer Key):- At the bottom of the same screen a dropdown menu will appear where you

should select the question number(s) you wish to challenge the answer key(s) one

at a time.

Once you select a question number, wait for a moment to get several challenge

options appear on the screen one or more of which you should select. After

selection of the options, you must press the “Submit” button to submit one or

more challenge(s) against an answer key. You should continue with similar act of

submission one after the other until your list is finished. However, only

submission of one or more challenge(s) against one or more answer key(s) doesn’t

get your challenge(s) evaluated. Your challenge will be evaluated only after you

make the requisite payment during the deadline.

After submission of challenges you will find the list of challenges along with the

amount require paying to get those evaluated. This list has ‘×’ marks at the right

hand side column to allow you to remove one or more challenge(s). Also, you

must note that if you want to make multiple challenges against one question, you

should do that in a single attempt because selection of the same question number

multiple times is not possible.

Each challenge attracts a fee of Rupees 200/- plus admissible charges. You can

challenge as many answer keys as you wish but once you make the payment no

more submission of challenge can be paid for evaluation. Once you decide that all

the challenges have been properly submitted, you may proceed to the next step by

pressing the “Payment” button. This will take you to the next screen where you

will get another chance to review your submitted challenges.

If you decide to finalize the challenge submission, then press “Pay Now & Submit

Application!” button. Otherwise, press the “Cancel” button to modify your

submission.

Once you press “Pay Now & Submit Application!” button at the bottom-right

meant for online payment of relevant charges, the following screen will appear

from where you can select various modes of online payment.

After you make the payment, the challenge submission process against answer

keys will be completed and your challenge(s) will get evaluated by the concerned

committee. Money corresponding to the valid challenges (if any) will be refunded

back to you after subtraction of relevant charges. However, no further

communication will be made or entertained. Final answer keys will be announced

in the admission website.

Step 4: CHALLENGE (OMR Response):-

Like in Step 3, after login you will be landed in a page which has a menu at its left

side. The last item of this menu “Challenge (OMR Response)” is meant for

challenging OMR recorded response. Click this option and see your scanned

OMR sheet along with the answers recorded by the OMR software.

This (OMR Response) page should help you to verify your responses on the OMR

sheet along with the recorded answers. Here, you can use repeatedly ‘+’ and ‘–’

Buttons provided below the scanned OMR sheet, to zoom in & zoom out its

display for a view convenient to you. These buttons are shown by RED ARROW

in the illustration given in the next page.

Below the display of recorded response a dropdown menu is provided where you

can select a question number (one at a time) to challenge the recorded response

against this question number. Soon after the selection of a question number, two

alternatives will be displayed one of which you should select and type the claimed

response in the text box provided alongside this alternative. Finally, press the

“Submit” button to register your challenge against the recorded response. Soon

a list of your submitted challenges will be displayed near the bottom of the

screen. It will show the amount needed to be paid and a ‘×’ mark against each

such challenge to allow you to delete a submitted challenge before the payment is

made.

You can perform the above exercise repeatedly to challenge recorded responses

of multiple questions until the payment is made. Evaluation of your submitted

challenge(s) will be initiated only after the payment is made. If your challenge is

evaluated as ‘VALID’, the modified recorded response will replace the initial

recorded response in the challenge portal. Although no separate communication

in this regard will be made or entertained, the payment against only valid

challenge(s) will be refunded back to your bank / credit card account in due

course of time.

You must note that once payment is made, no further recorded response can be

challenged. So, you are advised to check all the recorded responses against the

scanned copy of your OMR answer sheet before you pay for this challenge.

you will get another chance to review your submission of challenges.

Step 5: Online Payment:-

On clicking “Payment” button, the following screen will appear. Here you can

check some summary including payment amount, etc. If you decide to finalize the

challenge submission, then press “Pay Now & Submit Application!” button.

Otherwise, press the “Cancel” button to modify your challenge submission.

Once you click “Pay Now & Submit Application” button, system will take you to

the payment gateway. After the successful payment using Debit/Credit Card or

Internet Banking you will get Payment Success message and your score challenge

process will be completed.
