Sources:Quick Topic Evaluation Exercise,Group & Individual Workshop Session,
Individuals shared experiences ‘openly’ (online)As ” it felt safe and no group /tutor
Questions”.
Sharing experiences of the reality of discrimination and its impact has meant the group could examine and
focus on professional development of ADP
Students revealed a high level of Personal and institutional discrimination
in all forms.
‘Critical understanding’ ,analysis and practice is often related to Students performance on whole programme
The diversity of IT skills meant students experienced It demands as a burden.
Some individuals introduced to Web based tools have used them with service users
The online Drop In and Tutorial was not utilised by some students because of workplace security issues.
The students designed an excellent workshop/ post workshop task to capture the process
of the Review of their ADP.
It was essential to support both individuals and the group with a framework of targets for the face to face workshop .
The Online Resources Centre is growing and has key resources linked to placements and ADP material.
Web based tools did facilitate students in sharing articles, useful website links .
