The Small PrintEntry is by ticket only. A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person will be taken at time of booking. All reserved tables must be paid in full by 1st November 2017. We accept Visa, Mastercard,Cash or BACS transfer as method of payment. Tickets, once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or transfers to other dates will be offered if you are unable to attendthe event due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason. We advise that you take out insurance against such an eventuality. We operate a seating plan but cannot guarantee that you will not be sharing a table if below 10 guests in your party.

Individuals to pre-select their Menu ahead of date of selected Party Night. All menu choices for Party Nights on Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd, Friday 8th, Saturday 9th December 2017 are required back to Villiers no later than 20th November 2017. Party Nights on Friday 15th, Saturday 16th, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd December 2017 are required no later than 1st December 2017. A form will be supplied to the lead guest by Villiers in order to collect individual menu choices, details of any vegetarian or special dietary requirements to be advised at this time.
