Too many opportunities The era of inbetweeners Overprotective parents Defining oneself through what you have rather then what you are By making life more comfortable, we are making our bodies feel uncomfortable Virtual life - imaginary life Childhood is shorter due to social media, no privacy Urbanization: anonymity, loose family bonds, lots of radiation (mobiles, wifi etc) Anarchy in schools, impunity Drug problem Easy to find something interesting to do Easy to exchange lots of data and carry it around without back pain Easy to share your opinion and make yourself visible (blogs, forums, social networks etc) Easy to keep in touch with friends and family from far away Easy to find people with similar interests Easy to find help when you are ready to receive it More tolerance than ever Easy to gather information Easy to Improve your knowledge and skills anytime, anywhere Less constraints of choice – more freedom to be yourself J L
