To Access MDAS Reports
Kindly extract required meter readings from MDAS application which can be accessed through portal.
(Use Internet explorer browser only)

1. Enter Login ID and Password (Given by Data Center team)
2. Click on MDAS system
3. Click again on MDAS system as directed arrow
4. Click on below Secure Meter Date dropdown
5. Click on Integrator
6. Click on View Data -> Data Viewer
7. Select Meter type as “System Meter” and enter Meter serial number. Click on Next button
8. Select below checklist and click on Next button
9. Select date frame and click on Next
10. Under Billing tab, consumption data can be analyzed. Particular date & time can be selected
from right side navigation.
Find cumulative readings (readings shown are with MF) for consumer in Main Energy and TOD
energy for the date selected in right side panel above Go Button. Readings shown are with MF.
NOTE: Moreover, other data like TOD consumption, MDI, Load survey data etc can
also be visualized against various tabs as showing in above screenshot.

PFA the word file.
[DT MIS Report]
Global -> Reports -> View Report -> MIS Reports - Administrative Area -> (MIS Report of Distribution
Transformer- View Report) ->
Select Monthly and required month and year.
->Show Study
->Select the required study.
->(Wait till administrative area hierarchy appears)Select the required Area and then Click OK.
->Download Excel Report

Fill the user Id and Password, Then logon and go to “MDAS System” menu and click on as print screen
shows below.
After clicking on the MDAS System link MDAS page is appeared
Go to Enerlyser (MIS)
Go to Dashboard
Click Area wise DT Unbalance
Put From Date and To Date
Select Peak Hour Slot i) 06:00-09:00
ii) 18:00-21:00
iii) 19:00-22:00
Choose Administrative area (s) and Click OK button at the bottom of “Select Administrative Area
Section”.
Click Show Report
A notification comes to download the report and save it into your desktop
Double click on the report file and after open the file click the Yes button
Click on Pie Chart to extract complete details of Unbalanced/Overload DTs.
