PETITIONINGFCM producers have to submit a petition to the relevant authorities when using new components in food contact materials. In order to get a component listed or authorized for food contact material testing purposes, it needs to be demonstrated that the component is safe for use. Triskelion provides full support throughout the petitioning procedure: from the (in-house) performance of the required migration and toxicity studies to preparation and submission of the dossier.
