Wow! There are so many exciting things happening that we decided to do a

PowerPoint and Open House!The open house will be an opportunity for customers and potential customers to see our new 4 color press and tour our production facility. Three opportunities: 9 AM - 11 AM, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. We will serve coffee and donuts, and sandwiches. A 30 minute tour of our production area will immediately follow the presentation. Please mark your calendar, as you will not want to miss this event. I look forward to seeing you there! Please RSVP with how many will attend from your organization.

The PowerPoint will provide details on these new services:

1. E-Presentment: We have teamed up with a company called doxo to provide electronic statements for your customers who want them instead of or in addition to paper statements. This service can be provided for you at a rate less than your current postage and at no cost at all to your customers. Studies indicate over 20% of consumers would go paperless if they had the option. Now, teamed up with doxo, The Master’s Touch, LLC can give you that option.

2. OneCode Confirm: We now have the ability to track virtually every piece of mail in your mailing from the time it enters the USPS until the time it reaches the carrier who delivers that piece of mail. It is very inexpensive and can be tied into the use of QR codes that will also allow you to track when a customer scans that code.

3. Certified Mail: If you send out Certified Mail, you definitely want to hear about this. We were recently certified by the USPS to send Certified Mail at discounted rates. Not only can we do all the work for you on this labor intensive mailing, but we can save you significantly on your postage, while getting you electronic signatures returned instead of those silly green cards.

4. New 4 color press: We have just purchased and installed a new 4 color press with a very unique capability (guess what that is and you will be entered into our grand prize drawing for …….?). This new press will permit us to handle your four color work at some excellent pricing and at surprisingly fast speed.

5. Promotional Products on the Web: Our new LogoMall allows you to log into our web site and search for any promotional product on the face of the planet (well, almost). Convenience and the opportunity to search for any product, right down to a specific color, will give you an easy way to price and order your promotional items. Of course, we will always be standing by to help.

6. TransPromo: Instead of printing separate inserts, consider our new capability to print your insert directly on your statement. Save on inserting and extra printing, and get your message read – and reread – when printed on the statement.

For our customers unable to travel to this open house, we will be putting together more detailed information from the PowerPoint and will be getting it out to you. I am also hoping to get a chance to share this information-packed PowerPoint at some of your upcoming conferences. If you are on the education committee and or can arrange for 30 minutes to an hour, I am happy to present at no charge to your group.

If your volume of Certified Mail is anywhere from 200 pieces per month and more, you may find it helpful to know that TMT

has recently been certified by the USPS to mail Certified Mail and receive electronic signature confirmation for return receipts.

Hi, my name is John Nelson. I am one of your Customer Service Representatives at The Master’s Touch, LLC. Providing excellent customer service is not just an empty phrase at The Master’s Touch. We call it a “2nd Mile” attitude, and it is embraced by every member of our staff. In fact, our mission statement says it best: “We are driven to not just meet our customers’ expectations, but to exceed them whenever possible.”

My responsibility goes beyond writing orders. It begins by talking with you about your project and providing effective and economical solutions to help achieve your goals. It requires making sure all the “t”s are crossed and “i”s are dotted to ensure your order is processed with 100% accuracy. If we are typesetting and/or designing your piece, I am responsible for communicating your project to our Graphics Department and providing you with proofs.

In addition, I make all the necessary arrangements to meet your deadlines and shipping requirements. Essentially, my job is to make sure you get exactly what you want, when and where you need it.

You can help me serve you by telling me about any special circumstances or concerns you may have. Tell me when you need your project completed. We will do everything possible to meet the tightest deadlines, so let me know your schedule at the outset. Lastly, to be sure your e-mails are answered as promptly as possible, please be sure to send them to the Customer Service Department address: [email protected].

Marci, my wife of 28 years, and I love to explore the mountains, forests and beaches that are so plentiful here. We have 2 daughters: Carissa and Lindsey who both live with their families just a couple miles from the house where we raised them. They have given us 5 grandchildren: Carter, Jayce, Cooper, Myles, and Chloe. That makes me very happy because being “Papa” is my favorite past time. I also enjoy playing amateur photographer and long distance running. Both come in handy documenting and keeping up with my growing family.
