Event spaces available as early as 6:00pm and ending as late as 1:00am daily and can accommodate up to 1,500 guests cocktail style and 400 fully seated.

These rates include reception space rental for up to 5-hours, along with the use of our tables
and chairs - chairs for up to 250 guests. We allow for a 2-hour vendor set-up and a 1-hour strike time. Parking and linen are not included.

These rates include ceremony space rental of up to 30-minutes in addition to reception space.

G A L L E R Y A C C E S S
Gallery access may be added to a private event based on a tiered security system. There is not a per person admission. Specialty exhibitions are valued on a case by case basis. The security fee for gallery access is $30 per 50 guests per hour.
S E C U R I T Y F E E S
The Museum is a high security establishment due to its housing of cultural assets and in protection of its visitors. Two guards and one porter are included and required to be on site for up to 50 guests during a private event rental. Guards and porter service beyond 50 guests cost an additional $30 per hour per guard/porter. The use of the Museums second or third floor also requires additional security.

V E N U E P A Y M E N T S & F E E S
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at signing and will be applied to the final venue rental fee. This deposit includes the venue rental, security and porter service, potential gallery access, and sales tax. The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the event. The final headcount and food and beverage payments are due 14 days prior to the event. All food and beverage is provided by our in-house catering, SaltBlock Hospitality Group. For a written proposal with a breakdown of prices please fill out the attached catering inquiry form. SaltBlock takes a $1,000 save the date deposit upon signing their contract, 50% of the remainder is due 120 days out from the event, and the remaining 50% is due 5 days prior to the event. Linen rentals are available at an additional charge. Optional One Fine Day day-of wedding planning package is available for $1,500.
I N S U R A N C E
Fifteen (15) days prior to the event the client and all of the client’s vendors must provide the museum with a Certificate of Insurance listing the Tampa Museum of Art, Inc., the Board of Trustees for the Tampa Museum of Art, and the City of Tampa as an additional insured, providing one ($1) million dollars of liability insurance coverage per occurrence for any bodily injury, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the client’s rental of the museum’s facilities, with a two ($2) million aggregate limit. If liquor is served at the event, proof of liquor liability coverage for one ($1) million dollars limit of liability per occurrence and two ($2) million aggregate limit is also required. Our insurance referral is to contact Italiano Insurance Services, Inc. at (813) 877 – 7799.
