program features four levels with a range of scalable benefits to help you grow your business and take advantage of partnership discount programs.

Cooper TireTM & YouHOW IT WORkSThe tier structure of the MedallionTM program gives you the building blocks for continuous growth, supports your efforts and rewards you accordingly.

Medallion Bucks and Co-Op are PAID qUARTERLY by Cooper Tire.

Medallion Bucks are paid on qualifying units only and Co-Op is paid on all units with the exception of winter tires. Depending on the level signed up for (Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Emerald) purchases must track to that level on a quarterly basis to receive full Medallion Bucks.

EMERALD LEVEL ExAMPLEIn the Emerald category level, annual total unit purchase requirements are 4,000 with a 2,000 annual qualifying unit requirement. On a quarterly basis this equates to 1,000 total units with a 500 qualifying unit requirement.

If the dealer has purchases in the first quarter of 900 qualifying units and 500 non-qualifying units, the Medallion Bucks paid equal $6,950.

Please see the Medallion website (www.CooperMedallion.com) for complete terms and conditions.

•Non-qualifying units will all count toward a dealer’s annual total unit purchases but only qualifying units will count toward earning Medallion Bucks.

• If the dealer’s annual total unit purchases of qualifying and non-qualifying units move the dealer to the next category level at year end, the additional Medallion Bucks earned will be paid at the time fourth quarter payouts are made.
