Imes ability to design, manufacture and test the whole monitoringpackage from Loadcells, cables and umbilicals through to amplifiersand monitoring software allows a far greater scope and reduced risk.
The TTMS software interfaces with the client IMMS and DCS.Alternatively Imes can supply the complete IMMS package including allthe sensors.

Imes TTMS Subsea Cells use technologies designed to provide multiplelayers of protection throughout its arduous life underwater. They arerigorously tested in house and have been proven in use over more than25 years in service.

VLoad Cell Installation
The TTMS measurement system is based on three precision height IP68 sealed subseaload cells. Imes have over 30 years experience in the design and supply of load andtension sensors for subsea and offshore marine use.
The use of 3 load cells allows the total tendon tension to be monitored for gain or lossin tension as well as changes in loading on individual cells indicative of directionalload movement or torsional effects.
