JOINT MOTION TO STAY ALL DEADLINES AND NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT

Plaintiff TLIF, LLC (TLIF) and Defendants EBI, LLC and Biomet Spine LLC

(collectively Biomet), pursuant to this Courts Standing Order Regarding Proper Notification

of Settlement to the Court of June 3, 2014, file this Joint Motion to Stay All Deadlines and

Notice of Settlement. In support thereof, the parties respectfully state as follows:

1. TLIF and Biomet have recently reached a settlement in principle of this matter.

2. The parties are currently addressing and finalizing the terms of the settlement.

3. In light of the settlement in principle, TLIF and Biomet request that the Court stay

all unreached deadlines contained in the Courts Docket Control Order or imposed due to

pending motions under the Local Rules of the Eastern District of Texas for 30 days, so that

appropriate dismissal papers may be prepared and submitted to the Court.

4. WHEREFORE, TLIF and Biomet request that this Joint Motion be granted, and

that the Court stay all pending deadlines for 30 days until dismissal papers can be submitted, and

for all other relief that the Court deems just and proper.
