A CEREMONY ON THE BEACH: For a wedding in direct contact with nature and right next to the sea, the beach bar has a sandy area which can cater for 40 seated guests and 100 standing. Although it is not possible to reserve the beach exclusively, this area is quite well set back so as to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests during the ceremony. Should you opt to hold your reception in the Duna Beach Club Restaurant and Bar, the ceremony will be totally free of charge. If you prefer a simple wedding with just the ceremony and a welcome drink, please consult our Experience Team (prices on request). A CEREMONY INSIDE: If you are planning to get married in the autumn/winter, you could hold a totally exclusive ceremony inside the Duna Beach Restaurant and Bar which can hold up to 200 guests (from November to March). In a setting which will protect from any wind, the scenery is still idyllic with amazing views of the beach and ocean. If you prefer somewhere with a traditional Algarve setting, the Lacóbriga Restaurant at the Tivoli Lagos can cater for up to 270 guests. This restaurant has a special charm where the warm colours of the terracotta paving and the domed ceilings contrast with the traditional white walls of southern Portugal creating a truly exceptional scenario for your ceremony. When you hold your ceremony at the Tivoli Lagos, we provide a free service to set-up chairs for the guests, a table for the Bride & Grooms and should you decide to hold the ceremony on the beach, we'll also provide a wooden walkway for your greater comfort. We can also provide you with a list of talented and experienced decorators, who can assist with all of the ceremony details making sure that it will be unforgettable. SUGGESTION: The moment the Bride arrives is always the most eagerly awaited point of the ceremony, so to make it truly memorable we have some suggestions: you could turn up in a vintage car, by boat (which can land at the water sports centre next to Duna Beach) or even on a simple but fun bicycle. The Tivoli Lagos has beautiful spaces to hold your wedding reception. Duna Beach Reception: You can hold an informal and casual reception for up to 150 guests on the beach. This area next to the swimming pool can be reserved on an exclusive basis after 18.30 (except between 15 July and 31 August). Catering for up to 300 guests, this is a dream setting for your wedding photographs with the beach and sea as the backdrop. For indoor events, the versatile Duna Beach Club Restaurant and Bar caters for 200 and is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon Algarve sun as well as the beautiful sunsets.
