When collecting and storing monitoring documentation are there any documents that the state requires be kept as hard copy or may all documentation be kept as scanned and electronic files?

Will we only upload monitoring samples for private schools in the Equitable Services upload or throughout all monitoring uploads?

If the focus of the October Monitoring Upload is Early Childhood Transitions, do we only upload for Elementary School or for all grade bans-like middle, or high?
