Should be distinguishes the problem from other related issues. Should be accurate and concise. Specific language should be used. It should be contain key words that make easy to access by

At the end of the research, mention the result of your problem.

Present the Main reason of the problem.

Mention the causative agent of the problem.

Answering all the question arise from problem during experiment.
