Main Features

ARGWELD® Trailing Shields

■ Designed for effective gas coverage when welding titanium alloys

■ Ensures welds are left bright and shiny and eliminates both discolouration & oxidation

■ For use on flat sheet or plate & internal or external welds on tubes, pipes, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers etc.

■ Fit any make of GTAW/Tig ,PAW/Plasma, or GMAW/Mig welding torch for manual or automatic welding

■ Reduces gas consumption, saves re-work & eliminates wasted material costs, due to oxidation

Fast Payback

■ 2 Welds achieves payback

■ The use of a trailing shield of some kind for titanium welding is almost mandatory, for the applications where the product cannot be placed inside a Welding Enclosure

■ When welding smaller titanium components, that could be placed in a Welding Chamber of some kind, Trailing Shields might be dramatically more cost effective than the use of a Welding Chamber
