BACKGROUND TITAN ENGINEERS PC is a Professional Structural and Consulting Engineering Corporation headquartered centrally within the New York Metropolitan Area in Union, New Jersey. Maryland Live Casino and Parking Structure Hanover, MD 6-story precast concrete parking structure over top of a 300,000 SF steel framed casino with a steel framed partial basement housing the BOH spaces. The Casino structure is 300 feet wide by 1000 feet long and the gross area of the parking above the Casino is approximately 1,700,000 SF.

• Highly aggressive “fast track” schedule that included design and construction to be completed in just over a year.

• 48 feet x 60 feet typical bay spacing for casino and parking. Steel framed

casino floor and roof with precast concrete columns to facilitate speed of erection for the precast concrete parking garage.

• 120 foot clear span Porte Cochere Structure with 50 foot cantilever entry feature wall.

• Shallow (spread footing) foundation with “dynamic compaction” soil improvement utilized to increase bearing capacity.

The principal and founder of TITAN ENGINEERS PC brings to the organization an extensive level of experience in structural design and investigation combined with a substantial fluency in architectural, mechanical and other building systems. Currently directing TITAN with a hands-on approach and performs as Chief Engineer on many of TITAN's projects.
