BACKGROUND TITAN ENGINEERS PC is a Professional Structural and Consulting Engineering Corporation headquartered centrally within the New York Metropolitan Area in Union, New Jersey. TITAN provides comprehensive Professional Engineering services in structural design, investigation, and evaluation. TITAN’s personnel experience encompasses a diverse spectrum of projects from designing steel and concrete high-rises to complex site development earth retention systems, from investigating major disasters to failed roof rafters, and from evaluating large office complexes to retail facilities. Maryland Live Casino and Parking Structure Hanover, MD 6-story precast concrete parking structure over top of a 300,000 SF steel framed casino with a steel framed partial basement housing the BOH spaces. The Casino structure is 300 feet wide by 1000 feet long and the gross area of the parking above the Casino is approximately 1,700,000 SF.

• Highly aggressive “fast track” schedule that included design and construction to be completed in just over a year.

The principal and founder of TITAN ENGINEERS PC brings to the organization an extensive level of experience in structural design and investigation combined with a substantial fluency in architectural, mechanical and other building systems. Currently directing TITAN with a hands-on approach and performs as Chief Engineer on many of TITAN's projects. He is responsible for structural engineering design, investigation and related consulting services, and has performed design and investigation services for real estate valued in excess of eight billion dollars ($8,000,000,000.00) over his career. CHARLES H CLACKETT VICE-PRESIDENT

As Branch Manager, Mr. Clackett brings to Titan Engineers PC twenty (20) years of engineering experience with a diverse technical background that focused on engineering project management, financial and operational analytical skills. Currently he focuses on new business development, design of earth retention walls and building evaluations. He has completed over 300 property condition assessment and construction loan monitoring reports and engineering inspections throughout the country. He has been responsible for preparing numerous civil engineering site plan packages for national retailers including 7-Eleven & Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores in addition to various banks such as Wachovia and Bank of America throughout the Long Island and New York metropolitan area while managing the development process associated with all required approvals from various municipal jurisdictions. In this role, his staff prepared over 100 Conceptual Plans for 7-Eleven in the Long Island region. He has experience with structural evaluations of buildings and has designed various styles of mechanically stabilized earth retention walls. In addition, he was the engineering project manager for the development of a new charter school facility on eastern Long Island while preserving historic structures on the site. In a former role as engineering manager for the New York office of a national engineering consulting firm, Mr. Clackett was responsible to initiate and grow the local office with environmental and engineering due diligence projects throughout the nation. He has conducted property condition assessments and construction monitoring in over thirty states across the country for REITs, CMBS lenders, banks, developers and other forms of lenders, government agencies and investors. Notable projects include the blast design of the four (4) point supported glass cable net walls and stainless steel canopy structures at the entrance to the World Trade Center – Tower One in New York, NY, the blast design of the point supported glass storefronts at the three (3) main entrances to the Fort Bliss Military Hospital in Fort Worth, TX and retrofit and upgrade of the antennae tower on top of the Empire State Building following the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. He has also served as a specialty consultant to the NYC Building Department, Cranes and Derricks division to provide training and consultation services to the Cranes and Derricks division staff following the two (2) deadly tower crane collapses in NYC during a 10 week span in 2007 that killed 11 people, including workers and civilians.
