• Titan Development was formed in October 2006 to develop HomeDesign/Improvement themed commercial centers – an Industry projected to haveapproximately $448 billion in annual sales in 2010 and $492 billion in 2011 up 10%year-over-year.
• Our Company's long-term strategy is to develop a nationwide footprint of HomeDesign/Improvement Centers, partnering with nationally recognized brand nameanchor tenants looking to enter, or expand into, strategic target markets.
- Each center will consist of approximately 300,000 to 400,000 square feet ofcommercial condo space.
• While our concept is unique, it’s based on a proven model – Retail Factory DirectCenters and the success of the Home Improvement market.
• Our Home Design / Improvement themed centers will offer a one stop shoppingdestination for anyone looking to improve their home, and offer tenants in ourcenters an upscale “retail like” space at less than retail leasing and square footpurchase prices.
• Current Titan center projects under various stages of development include:Stafford, VA; McKinney, TX; Maryland; Austin, TX.
