TISSOCYL RLB is a very efficient, multi-purpose detergent covering a wide range of application.The product is distinguished by the following qualities:

Application properties

TISSOCYL RLB is a multi-purpose detergent and wetting agent applicable to all fibre types. Theproduct displays a distinctive fat dissolving power during scouring of synthetic fibres and wool inorder to remove lubricants. TISSOCYL RLB can be applied in continuous and discontinuousprocesses. During pretreatment of goods which are heavily soiled with oil, the deterging effectcan be even increased by adding soda ash to the scouring or padding liquor.

TISSOCYL RLB

When plastic dispersions are applied, TISSOCYL RLB can be added the padding liquor forpreventing of roller deposits.

TISSOCYL RLB does neither contain defoamers nor solvents. TISSOCYL RLB can be usedtogether with enzymatic desizing agents such as NEWAZYM AM.

TISSOCYL RLB is stirred into warm water of about 40C. Recommended quantities for stocksolution concentrations are 200 to 300 g/l TISSOCYL RLB. The obtained emulsions should bestirred from time to time.

For discontinuous scouring processes, the following guide recipe is well tried:

0.5 - 1.0 g/l TISSOCYL RLB 1.0 g/l OPTAVON DCS

Scouring temperature, pH value and time depend on the kind of substrate to be treated.

For goods soiled with oil (loom oil stains), a batching of the pre-impregnated goods on thebatching roll is favourable. We suggest the following guide recipe for this semi-continuousprocedure:

Preliminary padding with 2.0 - 5.0 g/l TISSOCYL RLB1.0 - 1.5 g/l OPTAVON DCS

followed by hot washing in the open-width washing machine on counter-flow principle or indiscontinuous machines. OPTAVON DCS specified in the above recipes is added for furtherincreasing of the emulsifying/dispersing effect of TISSOCYL RLB.
