Connect to your home WiFi.
Click next.
Enter your login information.
Username: student ID #
Password: Date of Birth for first time users in the format of mmddyy.
Google Chrome will open to Lowell Public Schools home page.
There are 2 ways to access your applications.

USING THE GOOGLE APPS MENU
Click on the “+” to open a new tab.
Your theme may look different but now you can see the apps menu. It looks like a waffle.
Click on the waffle to see thumbnails to your favorite Google Apps.
TIP: You can drag and drop the icons to customize the menu to your needs.
Click on an icon to navigate to the app. Let’s look at Gmail as an example.
The emails you receive appear here.
Click on compose to write an email to someone in our LPSD community.
There are icons on the right to easily navigate to Calendar, Keep, and Tasks.
You will see the waffle icon in most of the Google apps. This allows you to navigate
between apps easily.
You will also see a “?” icon in most of the Google apps.
This allows you to navigate directly to Google training.
You can also navigate between resources using the Launch button.
If you do not see what you are looking for, expand Launch by clicking on the “^”.
Search for apps you do not see.
You can also PIN apps to your SHELF.
Right click on the app you want to pin.
Click pin to shelf.
The app will appear in the shelf.
You will want to install the ZOOM app to your Google account. Click on “Web Store”.
Click on “for student.lowell.k12.ma.us”.
Click on “Zoom”.
Click on “Add to Chrome”.
Click on “Add App”.
Click on “Continue”.
Click on your google account.
Click on “Allow”
Click on “Allow”
