The type of candidates we generate:

We do not generate leads from Pay-Per-Click, SEO, or any sort

of web traffic. We actively target corporate professionals in a

career transition and pitch the idea of business ownership as

an alternative. These candidates are in the early stages of

their franchise search, therefore are very inquisitive. They

opt-in to our program due to unemployment,

underemployment, or discontentment with their current

situation. They are looking to pursue business ownership as

an additional option to their job search. This means that

timing is essential.

Contact Techniques1. First method of contact should be a phone call, not an email.

2. First call should be made within a couple hours of receiving the lead. 

The longer time passes, the greater the chance of losing the lead. 

Time kills deals.

3. If no answer, leave a voice message and then follow up with email. 

The email message should be a short, personal email asking for best

time to talk.  Try to avoid sending marketing or sales material via email

until contact is made by phone.

4. Rinse & repeat.

Hi [franchise candidate],

This is [name] with [franchise].  I was referred to you by [franchise coordinator], who you spoke with in regard to exploring franchises.

[franchise coordinator] matched you to our franchise because of your interest in [industry], your investment range, and the territory you are wishing to explore.  Do you have a moment to speak?
