Dance Festival 2018
“Wanna see myself shine on the dance floor” was the opening lyric of Rainbow, the song the Dance Festival girls danced to last Friday. And shine they did. The weeks of hard work learning the steps to the dance showed in their beautiful execution of it for both performances. The girls looked stunning with their diaphanous white dresses providing a backdrop for the rainbow colours of the scarves. The broad smiles of the girls showed their pride and delight in their accomplishment with their parents moved to tears at their performance. We congratulate
the girls on their achievement and thank Miss Hull for her dedication in choreographing the dance, coaching the girls and providing the costumes, hair accessories and above all, the amazing opportunity.
P and C News
On Monday the P and C sent home to all families the order form for next week’s Fathers’ Day breakfast and stall.
If you would like your child/ren to participate please provide a $4 gift, already wrapped in cellophane (no food items please) and return to the office before Thursday 30th August.
If your child will be purchasing more than one gift, they will need to bring in the number of gifts that they wish to buy.
If you require another copy of the note please see the school office for one.
Hope to see many faces next Thursday morning.
