Project objectives
Increasing of employability and stimulating activity of disadvantaged
groups on labor market.
Minimalising barriers in using temporary employment by SME
Encouraging employers for using temporary employment with reference to
disadvantaged groups

Step 2 – Identification of work positions
consultations with SMEs aimed to identify the work positions suitable to implement standards of requirements regarding to workers’ qualifications
mainly administrative and trade positions allowing for temporary employment

Step 3 – Developing standards
identification of standards of requirements for selected positions and key competences for these standards
analysis of the environment of temporary work from point of view of minimalising the risk for employer.

reaching SMEs and interesting SME in employing of disadvantaged groups
rising credibility and extend of recognizing of certificates awarded by Partnership
