Software ManagementZKTime Enterprise + Atalaya 2.0ZKTime Enterprise is an advanced T&A application for ZKTeco terminals that allows to manage all In/Out attendance and

access records, controlling all kind of accrued balance, payroll methods and attendance events (breakfast, lunch, medical,

personal business, smoke etc..), .

It works matching and processing punches automatically after downloading from terminals, warning about odd number

punches or days in a special case, facilitating and speeding up the work of attendance management.

Therefore, it includes an access control module, where you can define different access time slots and days for each

employee. It can operate together with Atalaya-2, ZKTeco’s web staff portal.

Data and AccessWorks with MySQL, MS SQL and Oracle. Allows multi-

company and multi-user.

Staff Includes private calendar and profi le (round hours, inter-

ruptions, payroll, etc..) as well as fl exible work timetables. It

can store fi ngerprints and faces of employees for recogni-

tion in biometric terminals. Imports employees from CSV.Work Shifts / TimetablesSupports both diurnal, nightly, rotating and fl exible shifts.

Allows evaluations of payroll per shift, mandatory atten-

dance times, periods of validity of events and support for

workdays over 24 hours. It is possible create estimated or

fi xed shift schedules.

CalendarsPublic calendars can be defi ned and then customized for

each employee. Supports days with hourly variations or

events (vacation, leave, travel, etc.).

PayrollAllows you to defi ne the preferred payroll method,

whether per number of hours in one day, or established

time frames. Manages diff erent payroll concepts such us

regular hours, overtime, extra holidays, and so on. Payroll

can compensate according to a predetermined amount

of time or employee duty time.

Accrued BalanceFor each attendance event received, even work event, it

allows to defi ne multiple accrued balance types setting

the diff erent operations (add/deduct time, increase/de-

crease times, etc…)
