1. Weekly planning (start at specific day – Sunday)2. Judge the last plan and fulfilled task highlight in
green3. Collect old and new tasks and distribute them into
a week4. Mark tasks by importance and urgency (IU, I, U, 0)
divide them into smaller parts + add an estimated time and order
5. Have a diary to keep you in the picture6. Say no to task you don‘t want to do or delegate it
