Interior Components: All inte-rior components are southern yellow pine, pressure treated in accordance with AWPA standards. All interior components exceed industry stan-dards and connections are steel rein-forced.

Exterior Frame Components: Stan-dard walers are mechanically lami-nated, southern yellow pine, grade #1. All exposed edges are re-milled and eased at termination points.

Steel Components: All steel com-ponents are hot-dipped galvanized per ASTM A-153. Structural mem-bers are fabricated from ASTM-A-36 grade steel.

Decking: #1 grade, southern yellow pine engineered for this application comes standard. The timber is mold-ed 2x6 material with radiused edges; relief cuts are placed on the bottom face and the timber is impregnated with a moisture inhibitor during the treatment process. Alternative deck-ing options are available.
