primary/secondary injection testing of relays. Develop Chloride UPS maintenance procedures including battery maintenance and

Milford Haven oil Refinery Feb 2009-Nov 2014 (Refinery closure).Electrical Supervisor Aug 2014 – present. Supervising all electrical maintenance and projects in the refinery oil movements/jetty areas. Responsible for 6 direct reports, contractors and apprentices.

Key Tasks Carry out weekly planning activities to ensure a team of technicians are utilised

efficiently and effectively to maintain the reliability of electrical systems. Carry out all tasks related to a supervision role including toolbox talks, disciplinary

actions etc. Use of SAP as a CMMS to prioritise and issue work orders on a daily basis. Raise notifications derived from issues raised during PMs, organise services like

scaffolding and attach these tasks to a work order. Attend weekly meetings with other sections to maintain strong communication links

within the maintenance department to coordinate with regard to SIMOPS. Ensure all HS+E requirements are fully met.

Senior Electrical Technician Feb 2009 – Aug 2014.Key Tasks

Day to day maintenance issues in all refinery areas i.e. Breakdowns, planned maintenance, dealing with work orders.

Member of the on-call rota providing cover on a regular basis. Stand-in Supervisor. Restructuring electrical maintenance backlog to reduce its size

and create a manageable system. Reviewing and updating P.M. and trip check procedures. Attending planning meetings to efficiently utilize a mixed skill set of technicians.

Lead technician on the construction and commissioning of Milford Haven Refineries CO-GEN plant comprising three 8 MW gas turbine and heat recovery steam generator packages.
